Warranty

AJK AB provides a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery on all our products. The warranty covers defects due to production, design or materials.

The warranty applies provided that the furniture is used for its intended purpose. Indoor furniture is intended for indoor use – if used outdoors or in humid environments, the warranty will be void.

The warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use
  • Damage caused by improper handling, lack of maintenance, improper storage or use that is contrary to our care instructions
  • Changes or additions to third-party materials without our approval
  • Abnormal or intensive use beyond what is reasonable for normal private use
  • Damage from extreme temperature changes, high humidity or other conditions that deviate from our recommendations

Natural variations in solid wood – such as differences in grain, color tone, structure and small knots – are part of the nature of the material and do not constitute defects. We cannot guarantee exact matching of color, grain or texture between different pieces of furniture or pieces.

How to make a warranty claim

If you discover a defect covered by the warranty, you should contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the defect was discovered.

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Description of the error
  • Pictures that clearly show the problem
  • Your order number and contact details

We will investigate the matter and return with a proposed solution (repair, replacement part or other action).

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to complain under the Consumer Sales Act.
